Alpha Kappa Psi Headquarters

Mader Design worked closely with professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi and arcDESIGN for the design of Alpha Kappa Psi Headquarters’ main entry and event space. Alpha Kappa Psi desired an accessible outdoor courtyard to complement the organization’s history and provide flexible outdoor gathering spaces for professional events. The finished landscape fully incorporates the fraternity’s vision, including ADA accessible entries, a large event patio inspired by the Brooklyn Bridge, and additional paver patio breakout spaces for conferences. Native plants are incorporated throughout, with colorful blooms chosen to reflect the organization’s colors all summer long.
