Mader Design has worked directly with private residential clients or as part of a larger design team that includes developers, civil engineers and architects for large multi-family facilities.  Our emphasis is exploring design to find the right fit to make people feel at home.  Whether a small patio, large multi-use plaza spaces, recreational amenities and clubhouses, to community garden spaces, we endeavor to find the right mix of outdoor activities and amenities that best serve the residents.  Services provided have ranged from master planning to detailed site design considering the specific design guidelines and regulations often in place for individual Cities, Towns, subdivisions, and complexes.  We have also worked with homeowners to create unique landscapes for single family homes.
