Oak Park, Westfield

Oak Park is a high end residential community in Westfield that stalled with the housing bubble. The new developer worked with the previous developer to revive the development in 2014. Mader Design was engaged to design the site and landscape improvements for the new endeavor. We provided design work for masonry entry features and signage, as well as a masonry screen wall designed to preserve historic Oak Trees at the front of the community. Our landscape design re-established screening to neighboring properties, and created a lively entry sequence into the new community.
